Announcement PDF www.kingstonresources.com.au ACN 009 148 529 21 October 2015 Company Announcements Office Australian Securities Exchange Director not standing for re-election at AGM Kingston Resources Limited (ASX: KSN) advises that Mr Barry Bourne has notified the Company he will not be standing for re-election as a Director of the Company at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, to be held on 20 November 2015. In accordance with the Company’s constitution, Mr Bourne will retire as a Director effective at the Annual General Meeting. Mr Bourne’s extensive mineral exploration and management expertise has helped set the foundation for Kingston’s current exploration programs. Mr Bourne was instrumental in adding significant value to Kingston’s exploration program in South Australia, including winning the Mineral System Drilling Program funding for Six Mile Hill, winning PACE funding for the Cootanoorina project, and selection of the new Hiltaba project. Mr Bourne will continue on as a consultant to Kingston Resources.
