Announcement PDF 1 ASX/Media Announcement KINGSTONRESOURCES.COM.AU Correction to Notice of Annual General Meeting Kingston Resources Limited (ASX: KSN) (‘Kingston’ or ‘The Company’) wishes to correct an error in its Notice of Annual General Meeting (‘Notice’) to be held on Wednesday 26 November 2025 which was published on 28 October 2025 on the ASX Market Announcements Platform. The table on page 18 of the Notice incorrectly stated the share price as at 7 October 2025 as $0.016 instead of $0.16. This error resulted in the ‘Funds raised’ figures being understated by a factor of 10.
