QUARTERLY REPORT
For the period ending 30 June 2026
Highlights
Financial Results
• Revenue from metal sales - $11m.
• $11.4m spent on underground development, TSF lift, plant upgrade and exploration.
• Post-quarter receipt of $10 million deferred cash payment from Ok Tedi Mining
Limited pursuant to the sale of the Misima Gold Project.
• $12.9 million raised via Placement ($4.4 million) and Entitlement Offer ($8.47 million).
• As of 30 June 2026, the Company had $11.74 million in unrestricted cash. Post-quarter,
the addition of the $10 million deferred cash and Entitlement Offer proceeds minus
redundancy costs will bring Kingston’s 31 July 2026 cash balance to approximately
$22.7 million.
Mineral Hill Pit Wall Failure and Strategic Pivot
• On 1 June 2026, a wall failure in the Pearse South open pit caused the immediate
suspension of mining. The risks and costs of regaining access to the pit outweigh the
benefits of mining the remaining ore at this time.
• Kingston had planned that revenue from Pearse South would fund the ramp up of
underground mining. The Company has decided to delay the commencement of
underground production in favour of an intense drill out aimed at building a larger
mining inventory to support expanded production.
• This strategic pivot includes drilling 25,000m in FY27 for resource expansion, infill
drilling and near mine exploration.
• As a result of these changes 111 personnel have been made redundant and 18
contractors have been terminated.
Mineral Resource Growth
• The SOZ Mineral Resource Estimate has increased in tonnage by 50% to 6.54Mt.
• Measured and Indicated tonnage increased 38% to 3.05Mt.
• Numerous new high-grade intersections at SOZ and Red Terror.
• Upcoming news flow includes ongoing drilling results, Mineral Resource updates and
Ore Reserve studies.

Building Value with Drilling and Studies
Mineral Hill holds significant strategic value, being the only polymetallic plant in the south
Cobar region with the ability to produce multiple metal concentrates and gold doré (via
Flotation and CIL circuits). Additional value drivers include a Mineral Resource growing
from 12 Mt, fully approved mining and processing infrastructure and existing declines,
ventilation, power, water and surface facilities.
Kingston Managing Director, Andrew Corbett, said:
“The events that transpired during the June quarter resulted in very disappointing
circumstances for the Company. We were planning to use the operating cash flow from
the open pit production to prepare for and transition to underground mining. With $39
million 1
of gross revenue forecast between the June and September now lost, the
Kingston board had to make a difficult decision to protect value for shareholders.”
“Kingston holds significant strategic value. Mineral Hill has a growing Mineral Resource
base, multiple extension targets within the mining license, two underground mines and
a multi-functional processing plant, suitable for most ore types in the Cobar Basin.”
“Kingston will now focus on growth and scale initiatives. The Company’s strategy is to
expand the scale of the operation by drill testing extensions to the current resources, infill
drilling and targeting discovery opportunities”
“In the time since production was halted, we have engaged with a wide range of
stakeholders and formulated a near-term plan that maximises value for the business.
We have 25,000m of drilling budgeted and will be carrying out the work to update
resource estimates for SOZ and Jack’s Hut, delivering an updated Ore Reserve,
completing engineering studies to right-size the plant and getting to a decision to
recommence underground mining.”

Mineral Hill Operations
Open Pit Mining and Processing
The Company mined 33kt of ore at 2.6g/t gold and 40g/t silver from Pearse South over the
months of April and May. On 1 June 2026, site personnel identified a wall failure in the
Pearse South open pit. As tension cracks were visible in the access ramp, open pit mining
was immediately suspended. Kingston undertook an intensive technical assesment of the
incident, including engaging external geotechnical experts. The instability has been
attributed to a soft graphitic shale recently uncovered in the base of the pit that has
interacted with structures and been exacerbated by rainfall. All personnel were kept safe
and all equipment was removed from the pit.
Potential remediation options would have taken a number of weeks and a ramp redesign
would sterilise a material amount of the remaining ore, rendering a re-entry to the pit
unfeasible at this stage. On this basis, Kingston will not resume mining the Pearse South
open pit. The underground orebodies are accessed by separate portals not related to the
Pearse South open pit.

Gold recoveries continued to be impacted by the presence of carbonaceous material in
the ore. This issue is specific to the Pearse South pit and is not related to the underground
orebodies.
The final material from the ROM stockpile was processed during June and sales of copper
and gold concentrate were shipped to customers. Revenue from metal sales was $11.02
million for the quarter. The processing plant has now been placed in care and
maintenance mode, minimising unnecessary expenditure and prioritising capital
towards exploration drilling and the upcoming resource and reserve work.
The pit failure led to significant changes to the Company staffing requirements. Kingston
have retained approximately 24 site personnel and made approximately 111 redundancies
and terminated approximately 18 contractors. Employee entitlements and redundancies
have been paid in full and the Company made extra effort to support personnel with the
transition. Kingston recognises that this situation will impact many people and we are
committed to supporting all employees through this period. An Employee Assistance
Program (EAP) is available for confidential counselling and support.

Regional Exploration and Underground Drilling
The rate of underground diamond drilling increased substantially over the June quarter,
with 4,384m drilled between the Southern Ore Zone (SOZ), Red Terror and Jack’s Hut. The
main purpose of the drilling over this period was to tighten the drill density in areas of
planned stoping, particularly for SOZ and Jack’s Hut.
The higher underground drill rates achieved in June and July and the planned addition
of a surface drill rig demonstrate the Company’s ability to achieve 25,000m in FY27.
Kingston expects a high volume of assay results to be returned during the September
quarter as samples are processed from the current drilling.

Post-quarter end, additional drilling results were reported for SOZ, with KSNDDH085
returning high-grade polymetallic mineralisation. The intersection between 209m and
231.1m returned high-grade assays for gold, copper, lead, zinc and silver, but is particularly
high for lead and zinc. The sections of solid galena (lead mineral) are shown in the core
photos in Figure 5 between 223.45 and 228.75m. The highlight intersections for
KSNDDH085 include:
• 31.10m @ 2.68% Pb, 2.62% Zn, 24g/t Ag (1.96% CuEq) from 165.9m (~12m
Estimated True Width, ETW).
• 22.10m @ 1.62g/t Au, 1.47% Cu, 8.98% Pb, 3.13% Zn, 132g/t Ag (7.61% CuEq) from

High Grade
KINGSTONRESOURCES.COM.AU | ASX: KSN 7
KSNDDH068, 069 and 079 also intersected high-grade copper-gold mineralisation in the
G Lode and H Lode areas at the northern end of the Southern Ore Zone. ). Highlight
intersections include:
• 6.20m @ 0.93g/t Au & 0.92% Cu from 71.2m (KSNDDH068)
• 10.85m @ 0.39g/t Au & 1.03% Cu from 80.1m (KSNDDH068)
• 2.35m @ 4.43g/t Au & 1.33% Cu, from 20.3m (KSNDDH069)
• 4.40m @ 1.09g/t Au & 1.44% Cu, from 72.2m (KSNDDH069)
• 8.00m @ 2.27g/t Au, 1.50% Cu, 11g/t Ag from 54.0m (KSNDDH079)
Significantly, these results extend the SOZ mineralisation beyond the existing resource
on two fronts. KSNDDH085 extends the mineralisation to the east and south, while
KSNDDH079 has extended the Au-Cu rich G/H Lode further to the north.

Red Terror Drilling Extensions
The drilling at Red Terror has extended the mineralisation at depth and opened up new
possibilities for resource extension to the north. The mineralisation remains open in both
directions.
The results in KSNDDH080 are the most outstanding, with the high-grade core returning
8.55m @ 23.80g/t gold, 0.91% copper and 16g/t silver. Hole KSNDDH081 is the up-dip
extension and has returned 4.00m @ 8.83g/t Au and 1.40% Cu. Additionally, high-grade
channel samples (CS1160ES) collected historically in the development drive north of
KSNDDH080 and 081 provide strong indications of northerly extensions.

Kingston has planned an additional 25,000m of drilling over the next 12 months to further
expand the scale of the Mineral Hill resource base. Drilling will prioritise extension
opportunities at Jack’s Hut, SOZ and potential discoveries in new areas such as Parker’s
Hill East.
Results are pending for the recent underground drilling program at Jack’s Hut, which
targeted the mineralisation just south of the existing development. Applications have
now been submitted for a surface drilling program over Jack’s Hut to target depth
extensions of the high-grade gold and copper in these lodes. Surface drilling will also be
competed over the southern extensions of SOZ, aiming to test the high-grade
polymetallic mineralisation intersected in 2023 with KSNDDH017 (see ASX
announcement on 1 November 2023).

Metal Equivalents
This announcement quotes metal equivalent grades defined by Kingston Resources.
Price assumptions used are based on market consensus forecasts with adjustments to
account for reasonable prospects for eventual economic extraction (RPEEE), as guided by
JORC reporting guidelines. Copper equivalent (CuEq) conversion factors are used within
the announcement and are calculated by multiplying the grades for each contributing
metal by their respective metal price and recovery and dividing by the multiplication of
the copper price and copper recovery.
Metallurgical recoveries are based on historical production (2010-2016) as well as recent
metallurgical test work and are applied to the Resource and Reserve calculated grades
for each commodity. The Company is of the opinion that all the elements included in the
metal equivalent calculations have demonstrated potential to be recovered and sold.
Mineral Hill is currently producing metal concentrates and dore (from the CIL) on site.
Upon the commencement of underground polymetallic production, the Company will
have a Cu flotation circuit, Pb flotation circuit and Zn flotation circuit to produce three
different concentrates as well as precious metal dore.
