The Company hereby notifies that the Placement Offer is now fully complete and for the purpose of section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the Company has issued 85,333,334 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Act).In addition, the Company has also issued 400,000 fully paid ordinary shares in lieu of placement fees (together “New Shares”). Information required under section 708A(6) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) As required by section 708A(6) of the Corporations Act, the Company advises that: 1. The Company issued the New Shares without disclosure under part 6 D.2 of the Corporations Act; 2. This notice is given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act; 3. As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with: a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company; and b) sections 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act; and 4. as at the date of this notice, there is no ‘excluded information’ within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act which is required to be disclosed by the Company.
