The Entitlement Offer comprised the issue of up to approximately 241.9 million fully paid ordinary shares in the Company (New Shares) at an issue price of $0.035 per New Share to raise approximately $8.47 million (before costs). The results of the Entitlement Offer are as follows: Total number of New Shares applied for:(1) 104,703,613 New Shares New Shares to Nominee for Ineligible Shareholders: 3,951,113 New Shares Shortfall: 133,256,210 New Shares The Entitlement Offer is fully underwritten by Argonaut Corporate Finance Limited (Underwriter) and includes general sub-underwriting arrangements (including with Farjoy Pty Ltd) as outlined in the Entitlement Offer Prospectus. Any entitlement not taken up pursuant to the Entitlement Offer, validly applied for as Top-Up Shares or to be issued to Argonaut Securities Pty Limited as nominee for Ineligible Shareholders, has formed the shortfall (Shortfall Shares). In accordance with the Prospectus, Argonaut Securities Pty Limited has undertaken a shortfall bookbuild for the Shortfall Shares and the balance will be allocated in accordance with the policy set out in the Prospectus and the underwriting agreement, including to the sub-underwriters. All New Shares issued under the Entitlement Offer and Top-Up Shares (as defined in the Prospectus) and New Shares to the Nominee are issued today, Tuesday 21 July 2026, and the Company will release an Appendix 2A today in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules. The Shortfall Shares will be issued on Friday, 24 July 2026 (and an Appendix 2A for the Shortfall Shares lodged on the same day).
