The Company hereby notifies that the Securities issue is now fully complete and for the purpose of section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the Company has issued 248,105 fully paid ordinary shares. Information required under section 708A(6) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) As required by section 708A(6) of the Corporations Act, the Company advises that: 1. The Company issued the Securities without disclosure under part 6 D.2 of the Corporations Act; 2. This notice is given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act; 3.
