Announcement PDF ASX/Media Announcement 22 January 2024 Change of Company Secretary Kingston Resources Limited (ASX: KSN) (Kingston or the Company) wishes to advise, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, that Mr Vinod Manikandan has been appointed as Company Secretary, effective immediately. Mr Manikandan is an affiliate of the Governance Institute of Australia (GIA), a member of CPA Australia and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce. Further to this appointment, Ms Robyn Slaughter from Automic Group will step down as Company Secretary of the Company effective immediately. For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Mr Vinod Manikandan will be the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.
