Kingston Debt Free
Kingston confirms repayment of $15m debt facility
Kingston Resources Limited (ASX: KSN) (‘Kingston’ or ‘The Company’) confirms the repayment of the
$15m debt facility provided by PURE Asset Management, following the receipt of the initial payment from the
sale of Misima as announced on 11 July 2025.
The debt facility originally enabled Kingston to fund the Mineral Hill restart and supported the delivery of the
five-year mine life. The repayment of this facility further strengthens Kingston’s balance sheet, providing a
strong debt-free foundation as the Company progresses Mineral Hill’s production.
Commenting on this repayment, Managing Director, Andrew Corbett stated that: “We are pleased to now be
debt-free with a strong balance sheet and funding to grow Mineral Hill. The support of PURE Asset
Management since 2022 ensured we were able to progress our mine life plans and enabled us to be in a
strong position as we completed the Misima divestment. We appreciate the support of PURE over these past
three years.”
Kingston Resources is an Australian gold and copper producer, focused on building a large-scale multi-asset
mining company. The flagship asset is the polymetallic Mineral Hill mine in NSW, which is situated among the
