The Company hereby notifies that the Securities issue is now fully complete and for the purpose of section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the Company has issued 922,325 fully paid ordinary shares. Information required under section 708A(6) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) As required by section 708A(6) of the Corporations Act, the Company advises that: 1. The Company issued the Securities without disclosure under part 6 D.2 of the Corporations Act; 2. This notice is given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act; 3. As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with: a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company; and b) sections 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act; and 4. as at the date of this notice, there is no ‘excluded information’ within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act which is required to be disclosed by the Company.
